Glove Sizing Guide - Measure Across Your Palm

How to Measure Your Hand

1

Get a Measuring Tape

Use a flexible measuring tape or a piece of string that you can measure afterward.

2

Measure Across Your Palm

Wrap the tape around your dominant hand at the widest part of your palm (excluding the thumb).

3

Find Your Size Below

Match your measurement to the chart below. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Size Chart

Size Palm Width
Small (S) 2.75″ – 3.55″
Medium (M) 3.55″ – 3.95″
Large (L) 3.75″ – 4.50″
X-Large (XL) 4.35″ – 4.75″
XX-Large (XXL) 4.50″ and larger

Pro Tips for the Best Fit

Snug is Good, Tight is Not

Gloves should fit snugly without restricting movement. If you feel resistance when making a fist, go up a size.

Check the Fingertips

There shouldn’t be excess material at the fingertips. Extra space reduces dexterity and can catch on equipment.

Consider Extended Wear

If you’ll be wearing gloves for long periods, sizing up slightly can improve comfort and reduce hand fatigue.

Between Sizes?

When in doubt, size up. Nitrile has some stretch, and a slightly larger glove is easier to put on and remove.
